g. No rehearsals shall be scheduled within two (2) hours of anyARTIST’s make-up call prior to a dress rehearsal or performance, except in emergency cases, orunless requested by ARTIST.h. Excluding calls for Onstage Rehearsals, Tech and DressRehearsals, the maximum length of any rehearsal shall not exceed four (4) hours unless it is theonly rehearsal of the day, in which case, the maximum length shall not exceed five (5) hours.5. Overtime for PRINCIPALShour shall be applied:a. When overtime is indicated, no less than the following rate perAs of7/l/10As of7/l/11As of7/l/12Overtime Rate $43.75 $43.75 44.65hour segments.b. Such overtime compensation shall be computed in quarter (1/4)c. Overtime shall not be credited to PRINCIPAL PERFORMINGARTIST’S over scale compensation.F. FREE DAYThe term “Free Day” shall mean a period of time commencing at midnight andending at 9:00 a.m. the morning of the 2nd day, during which no ARTIST’s Services and/ortravel shall be required. Regardless of the number of contracts for which a performingPRINCIPAL ARTIST is engaged, each performing PRINCIPAL ARTIST shall receive one (1)Free Day within each rehearsal and performance week, and s/he shall not be required to renderany ARTIST’s Services and/or travel for more than a total of ten (10) consecutive days without aFree Day, in which case the eleventh (11 th ) day must be a Free Day. However, should aperforming PRINCIPAL ARTIST arrive later than the contracted beginning rehearsal date, suchperforming PRINCIPAL ARTIST may be required to work thirteen (13) consecutive days beforea Free Day occurs.G.
