ARTICLE XVII - PAYMENT TO ARTISTSA. Performing PRINCIPAL ARTISTS engaged on a weekly basis shall be paid nolater than Friday <strong>of</strong> each week <strong>of</strong> engagement.B. Performing PRINCIPAL ARTISTS engaged on a per performance basis shall bepaid no later than the beginning <strong>of</strong> each performance, unless otherwise agreed upon inARTIST’S Standard ARTIST’S <strong>Contract</strong>.C. CHORISTERS and CORPS DANCERS engaged on either a weekly or perperformance shall be paid no later than the Friday immediately following the end <strong>of</strong> the previousnormal work week and shall be entitled to instruct MANAGEMENT to electronically deposittheir salaries (direct deposit).D. PRODUCTION STAFF shall be paid no later than the Friday immediatelyfollowing the end <strong>of</strong> the previous normal work week and shall be entitled to instructMANAGEMENT to electronically deposit their salaries (direct deposit).E. STAGE DIRECTORS, and their assistants, CHOREOGRAPHERS, and theirassistants, and COVERS will be paid pursuant to the provisions <strong>of</strong> their Standard Artist <strong>Contract</strong>.F. Except as otherwise provided herein payments shall be made in cash, electronictransfer or by company check in United States dollars, regardless <strong>of</strong> where performances takeplace.G. For purposes here<strong>of</strong>, “normal work week” for all ARTISTS shall be Mondaythrough Sunday.H. ARTISTS shall be paid no less than the first seven (7) days <strong>of</strong> ARTISTS’contracted Per Diem upon arrival in MANAGEMENT’s city <strong>of</strong> origination and shall receive eachsubsequent week’s Per Diem no later than the first day <strong>of</strong> the normal work week for which thePer Diem is being paid, unless otherwise requested by ARTIST. In addition, all non-residentARTISTS contracted at the minimum rate shall receive the equivalent <strong>of</strong> bus or airport shuttletransportation expenses to and from the airports, bus terminal and railway stations uponsubmission <strong>of</strong> receipts.I. When MANAGEMENT provides (or is prepared to provide) suitable lodging,MANAGEMENT may satisfy the Per Diem requirement herein by the payment <strong>of</strong> an amountequal to the daily meal allowance provided for in Article XIX.A. here<strong>of</strong>.J. No later than the last performance, MANAGEMENT will provide ARTIST witha written breakdown <strong>of</strong> fees and Per Diem, or meal allowance as appropriate.9COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTJuly 1, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, <strong>2013</strong>
