ARTICLE IX - CONTRIBUTION TO MANAGEMENT FORBIDDENA. MANAGEMENT agrees that no ARTIST will be solicited or required to makeany payments or contributions <strong>of</strong> any kind or nature whatsoever in order to acquire or continueengagement by MANAGEMENT, or as a condition <strong>of</strong> acquiring or continuing such engagementor any preferment in such engagement, and MANAGEMENT agrees that it will not accept orreceive any such payments or contributions. Notwithstanding the above, MANAGEMENT mayrequest ARTIST to appear in any benefit or fund raising activity without compensation afterMANAGEMENT has reached mutual agreement to do so with the AGMA National Office andwith Theatre Authority, Inc.B. AGMA and MANAGEMENT agree that payments due and owingMANAGEMENT by ARTIST because <strong>of</strong> unreturned property provided by MANAGEMENT,ticket purchases, or indebtedness to MANAGEMENT on behalf <strong>of</strong> and with the prior knowledge<strong>of</strong> the ARTIST, are not considered “forbidden contributions” and are to be repaid toMANAGEMENT by ARTIST prior to ARTIST’s final performance.ARTICLE X - FEES AND COMMISSIONSNo <strong>of</strong>ficer, director or agent <strong>of</strong> MANAGEMENT and no person who occupies apaid supervisory or paid executive position with AGMA or with MANAGEMENT, or whoreceives compensation from MANAGEMENT and participates in engaging, casting, ordischarging <strong>of</strong> ARTISTS, shall act as manager, agent, or personal representative <strong>of</strong> anyARTISTS or receive any fee, commission or other consideration for services <strong>of</strong> such characterfrom any ARTIST.ARTICLE XI - AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVESA delegate or representative, duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation <strong>of</strong>MANAGEMENT:work.A. Shall be admitted to any location where ARTISTS are working or are scheduled toB. Shall act as liaison between ARTISTS and AGMA.C. Shall report any violations <strong>of</strong> this Agreement both to MANAGEMENT and toAGMA.D. Shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part <strong>of</strong> any performance orrehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance <strong>of</strong> the duties <strong>of</strong> the MANAGEMENTexcept when authorized by the National Office <strong>of</strong> AGMA to stop pr<strong>of</strong>essional activities because<strong>of</strong> lack <strong>of</strong> payment for services or failure to post a requested bond.E. Shall conduct meetings scheduled on days <strong>of</strong> rehearsal or performance andpertaining to AGMA business only before or after rehearsals or performances, and shall schedule6COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTJuly 1, <strong>2010</strong> through June 30, <strong>2013</strong>
