The agreementmay or may not be formally registered with the WAIRC orAIRC.Total hours of annual leave taken by an employee in thefinancial year to date.A legally binding order made by an industrial tribunal whichprescribes the terms and conditions of employment.Leave taken by an employee to provide care or support to amember of the employee’s family or household.Those employees who are paid at an hourly rate and mayreceive a special loading, usually in lieu of leaveentitlements. Usually covered under the terms andconditions of a relevant award or agreement.Census dates are: 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and31 December.A three‐month interval beginning on the first day after theprevious census period and ending on the last pay day in thecurrent quarter.A single alphabetical letter, a numeric digit, or a space.Some characters cannot be used, including \ ‐ ; : ‘ ” *. Anexample of an acceptable 10‐character data format wouldbe “HR MOIR 11”.An agreed allowance negotiated between the employee andthe employer, paid in lieu of actual overtime worked. It isnormally paid to a group of employees occupying positionsthat require work to be performed consistently andregularly outside and in excess of the prescribed hours ofduty.The three‐month interval for which information is beingreported upon.80
