HUMAN RESOURCE MINIMUM OBLIGATORY INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS (<strong>HRMOIR</strong>)2012/13 Financial YearField 4.8 – AgreementsDescription:A code that uniquely identifies an Agreement registered with the Western AustralianIndustrial Relations <strong>Commission</strong> (WAIRC) or the Australian Industrial Relations<strong>Commission</strong> (AIRC).The WAIRC website is located at www.wairc.wa.gov.au.Codes/Calculation:The AIRC is located at www.airc.gov.au.Refer to the list of commonly used codes in Appendix 7.4. Employment<strong>Data</strong>Remarks/Validation:<strong>Data</strong> will not be accepted by WACA if:• The field is left blank (unless an award is reported in Field 4.7).• Any code is used other than a valid Agreement code as shown on Appendix 7.NOTE:A formal Agreement cannot be accepted by WACA unless it has been registered withWAIRC or AIRC. The Agreement reference number is derived from the documentidentity number on the WAIRC or AIRC website.Typically, an Agreement is current for two or three years.
