HUMAN RESOURCE MINIMUM OBLIGATORY INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS (<strong>HRMOIR</strong>)2012/13 Financial YearField 3.13 – Highest Qualification Field of StudyDescription:This code indicates the field of study of the employee’s highest qualification level asspecified in Field 3.12 (Highest Qualification Level). Where an employee has two ormore qualifications that are of equivalent level, please provide the qualification that ismost relevant to the position.For example:For an employee who holds a position as an accountant and has the followingqualifications:• BComm in Accountancy• BSc in MathematicsThe BComm in Accountancy is more relevant to this employee’s position.3. DemographicInformationCodes/Calculation:Remarks/Validation:The codes are based on the ABS publication 1272.0 ‐ Australian Standard Classificationof Education (ASCED) 2001 at the 6‐digit level. Please refer to Appendix 3 for the list ofcodes.If an employee’s highest qualification field of study is unknown, please use code999999.A valid code must be used. <strong>Data</strong> will not be accepted by WACA if:• Any code is used other than a valid highest qualification code as shown inAppendix 3.• The field is left blank.Field size:<strong>Data</strong> format:Period:Must use 6 numeric charactersNumericSnapshot of the last fortnight pay period in the census quarter35
