Where an employee has two ormore qualifications that are of equivalent level, please provide the qualification that ismost relevant to the position.For example:For an employee who holds a position as an accountant and has the followingqualifications:• BComm in Accountancy• BSc in MathematicsThe BComm in Accountancy is more relevant to this employee’s position.3. DemographicInformationCodes/Calculation:Remarks/Validation:The codes are based on the ABS publication 1272.0 ‐ Australian Standard Classificationof Education (ASCED) 2001 at the 6‐digit level. Please refer to Appendix 3 for the list ofcodes.If an employee’s highest qualification field of study is unknown, please use code999999.A valid code must be used.
