Classification is according to the AustralianBureau of Statistics (ABS) publication 1269.0 Standard Australian Classification ofCountries (SACC) Second Edition to the 4‐digit level.Some entities survey staff to collect this data:• Use SSSS if a survey was returned and the employee did not provide thisinformation.• Use OOOO if a survey was sent and the employee did not return the surveyform.• Use XXXX if a survey was not sent to the employee.To obtain information about diversity planning or the Diversity SurveyQuestionnaire, please contact the State Administrator.Remarks/Validation:A valid code must be used. <strong>Data</strong> will not be accepted by WACA if:• Any code other than a valid 4‐digit country code as shown in Appendix 1 isused.• The field is left blank.Field size:<strong>Data</strong> format:Period:Must use 4 charactersCharacterSnapshot of the last fortnight pay period in the census quarter28
