The Child Concern Form isavailable on <strong>Fife</strong>Direct.2.10 Possible pregnancy of adult at riskIf the adult at risk is thought to be pregnant and there are concerns aboutpotential risks to the unborn baby a planning meeting should be arrangedinvolving social work staff from Children's and <strong>Adult</strong>s services and appropriatehealth staff. This meeting should ensure that a pre-birth risk assessment iscompleted in line with the relevant Child <strong>Protection</strong> Procedures to determinethe risk and the need to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the unborn baby.20
