Request for ProposalHello, I am sending you this request because I am need of your services. What I am looking for isa website for my gaming community. The website will require a Blog that can only be edited by oneperson and is not the main webpage, a way for users to be able to write reviews and give rating forvideo games; also the site will need a community forum so that everyone in the community can talk toeach other.The website I have in mind will not be that big however everything I have previously stated isthe primary focus the only issues I can foresee coming up are making the blog not the primary page andalso making a way to review games.I am looking for a contractor that:Knows WordpressHas made websites beforeIs willing to dedicate themself to this projectWilling and able to work for homeI would like to maintain a budget under $1,000 this is for the entire website including getting ithosted apart for that the rest of the budget will go towards the contractors’ expenses which will needmy approval prior to composition being received.I am looking at having the website up and running within a month. The first week of whichwould be spent getting a frame work of a website built. The second through third weeks would be spentgetting the inner workings set up (forum, reviews, blog) The fourth through fifth weeks should bededicated to the finishing touches and error checking.In the end I will be looking for some key features:Is the website completeAre the internals (forum. Reviews, blog, etc.) workingIs the website visually appealingThe above features are listed in the order of importance the main of which is that the websitefunctions.By accepting this contract you will be agreeing to at least a months’ worth of quality work. Keepin mind this does not mean that you will be working everyday my only requirement is that the requireddeadlines listed in the request for proposal are met. GuidelinesDid the contractor build upon the ideaDoes the proposal meet the guide linesIs the proposal appealingDoes the contractor fit the qualificationsIs the contract a person I see myself doing business withI am concerned with contract building on the idea because it shows that he has interest in theproject and somewhat likes the idea of it. Also it means that the quality of work that I would receivewould be grater.If the proposal does not meet the guide lines I outlined in the RFP there is no point in me hiringthat contactor.The proposal needs to be appealing to me. Yes a contractor could outline a proposal that fits myguide lines but I am looking for one that I actually likeIf the contractor does not fit the qualifications then they would be unable of doing the work thatwould be required of them.work.Last of all does the contractor have a personality that is positive towards the job and is willing to
