JalNigam Allahabad.2. Completed tender document can be submitted in any one of the four offices mentioned at sl. no. 1.3. Tender will be opened in the office of the District Magistrate, Allahabad.4. The tenderers who are registered with U.P. Jal Nigam in class A/B category of sewer works or forbuilding works have experience of similar works also have T & P like JCB, Dumper, Concrete Mixerwith batching, Tanker etc. may participate in tendering process.The contractor/ tenderer who is not registered in U.P. Jal Nigam but has sufficient experience inthis field may also obtain the tender document provided that he get himself registered in U.P. JalNigam in respective category before the opening of the financial tender.5. The contractors should submit their request for issue of the tender documents along with theregistration certificate and experience certificate.

6. The tender documents can be obtained by post on tenderer's risk for which Rs. 200/- shall be payableextra as postal charges.7. Earnest money equal to the amount shown in col.3 above duly pledged in the name of ProjectManager, Ganga Pollution Control Unit, U. P. Jal, Nigam, Allahabad should be submitted withtender document. in the form of FDR/NSC/CDR of a Nationalized Bank/ Post Office failing which thebid for qualification will not be considered.9.
