AbstractIn this research that is distinguished with functional explanationshed the light on selected issues including “rhetorical euphemisms andweightings and mistaken corrections of some interpretation (Tafsyeer)’sissues and utilizing interpretation in some modern ideological issues. Thuswe could know the psychology of enemy, mean of dealing with the otherpartand build a personality away from external effects and familyarbitration and its role in solving problems through psychological rhetoricalsigns.
