Very dist<strong>in</strong>ctive <strong>in</strong>dividual with bicoloured bill, contrast<strong>in</strong>gly pale head, darklower h<strong>in</strong>dneck cont<strong>in</strong>uous with uniformly dark underparts and many reta<strong>in</strong>ed juvenile scapulars.
