The specifications of the pipe and the live loadstandards for climbing wall limits the useable pinch pipe length to 3.5 meters. If thetopography you choose overhangs more than 3.5 meters, it is necessary to installadditional framework. Connection of the pipe substructure to the primary supportstructure is via Angle Clips attached to Unistrut channel railing, which is fixed to theprimary support structure (typically welded). The diagonal pipes are sized such that theycan be connected to the Unistrut channel railing at the same Angle Clip that connects thenext highest horizontal pipe.
