<strong>CANADA</strong><strong>How</strong> To Do Business6Accepted Method of PaymentAll orders must be paid in full, processed and accepted for <strong>Herbalife</strong> torelease the order. The following methods of payment are acceptable:■ Cash/Debit Card - Canadian Dollars only. Cash and Debit Cardmay be used for walk-in orders only.■ Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The creditcard must be in the name of the purchaser. Credit cards may be usedfor all order types.■ Automatic Payment System (APS) - If you have been a FullyQualified Supervisor for at least 30 days; approved applications(available through the Distributor Services Department) must be on fileat the Calgary office, and you must have a four-digit PersonalIdentification Number (PIN). This system automatically deducts theamount of your order from a designated Canadian bank account. APSmay be used for all order types with the exception of HAP and emailorders.■ Guaranteed Cheques - Certified cheques, travelers cheques andmoney orders, which must be made out to <strong>Herbalife</strong> of Canada Ltd.,and in Canadian dollars only. Guaranteed cheques may be used formail and walk-in orders only.■ Personal Cheques - <strong>You</strong> must be a Fully Qualified Supervisor for30 days or more to be eligible to use personal cheques (cheques mustbe drawn on a Canadian bank). Supervisors may use personalcheques only for their own orders or orders for their downlineDistributors. All personal cheques must be preprinted with the FullyQualified Supervisor’s name. Postdated and third-party cheques willnot be accepted. The daily cheque writing limit is $4,500 Canadiandollars. <strong>You</strong> must also note your <strong>Herbalife</strong> ID number and ordernumber (if available) on your cheque. Cheques may be used fortelephone, fax, e-mail or mail orders.■ Wire Transfer - <strong>You</strong>r order may be paid by wire transfer to<strong>Herbalife</strong>’s bank account (see above right); it must be a bank-to-banktransaction. Please note that products will not be shipped/releaseduntil your wire transfer has been received, confirmed and processedby <strong>Herbalife</strong>. <strong>You</strong> must reference your <strong>Herbalife</strong> ID number and ordernumber with your wire transfer.
