C O R E VA L U E S A N D S TA N D A R D SnnRetaliation against a person who makes a complaint <strong>of</strong> discrimination or harassment in good faith, or whoparticipates in an investigation.The use, sale, purchase or possession <strong>of</strong> illegal drugs, nor the abuse, sale, or purchase <strong>of</strong> alcohol or doctorprescribeddrugs while on Company property or while conducting company business.As Cognizant Associates, if we feel discriminated or retaliated against or harassed, or witness discrimination,retaliation or harassment, we should promptly report the behavior to our manager, a talent manager, the Director –Compliance or the General Counsel.
