3Receive your WCI AccreditationFollowing completion of the Wirewerks Certified Installer Agreement, Wirewerks confirms theapplicants appointment to the WCI Program, provides the new WCI with their WCI accreditationdocuments and their WCI Certificate, and lists the new WCI in our WCI Directory. Consistent with that strategy, WCIs areencouraged to register every Wirewerks installation, large or small, that qualifies for SystemCertification and the extended warranty program. To facilitate your Certified System registrations,we’ve designed a simple, easy-to-use 3-step process that protects the integrity and value ofthe concept for our mutual End-Users without burying you in paperwork and procedures.1Complete a Wirewerks System Certification ApplicationThe Application Form identifies the End-User and site information, the type of WirewerksSystem installed, the network applications supported across the System, any unusual installationissues or deviations from ANSI/TIA Standards, and documents the tester/software used to performand obtain Acceptance Testing of the System.23Prepare the Supporting Documentation• Test results for the System as per the Customer’s specified Testing and AcceptanceRequirements or per Wirewerks guidelines if there is no Customer specification.• Copies of cabling schematics (‘as-built’ floor plans) when required by the Customer.• Bill of Material (BoM) for the System, complete with Wirewerks part numbers andquantities installed.Submit the Application Form and Supporting Documentation to the WirewerksCertification DeskThe Wirewerks Certification Desk will review and verify the System Certification Application Formand the supporting documentation, and will assign a unique System Certification Reference Numberfor approved applications, initiating the warranty program coverage.The Certification Desk will then provide the Customer with their Certification Package for their nowofficially Certified System, including their customized Certified System Certificate along with a digitalreference file with System information, test results, schematics/drawings and the System BoM.

WIREWERKSCERTIFIEDSYSTEMCERTIFICATEThe Wirewerks Certified System Certificate is provided as an attractive display plaque and actsas the End-User’s permanent proof that their Wirewerks Certified System was designed, installedand tested by an authorized WCI and shown to meet both applicable Industry Standards andWirewerks Certified System Guidelines in effect at the time of installation.Each Certificate is uniquely customized with the customer’s name and site coordinates, the WCI’sname and logo, and the System’s unique Certified System Registration Number.
