In many cases the very first contact (the person who suggests theidea) is an intermediary who has the exclusive function of the first contact and whocan be either a man or a woman.It is very difficult to say whether it is the desire for a different life of the womanwhich encourages this type of contact; undoubtedly in many cases it is to help thedesires manifested by some young women, but one cannot say that only girls andwomen who actively seek to go to Europe are “hooked”.Undoubtedly, however it is the prospect of improvement of the conditions oflife or that of the family which constitutes the decisive push, such as to put asideany doubts or fears:“There is basically a need to improve the conditions of life on the part of thegirls that pushes them to accept the prospects of a transfer or a move.
