We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCardor Discover.GENERAL REGISTRATIONINFORMATION• You can sign up for your programs withcash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.• A $25 NSF Fee will be charged on all returnedchecks• Enrollment received after the class startdate will be returned• Instructors, program locations, dates,times and fees are subject to change withoutnotice• Non-residents are those who reside outsideof City limits (Mission Hills, VandenbergVillage, Mesa Oaks, VAFB and allother unincorporated areas)• Program fees apply to non-residents• Financial assistance is available for qualifyingfamilies, contact us at 875-8100 formore informationREFUND POLICYIn the event that a class is cancelled or full,our office will notify you prior to the classstart time. You will be given the option oftransferring classes or receiving a refund. Fullrefunds are issued for any class cancelled bythe City. Refund requests made prior to theregistration deadline will be granted. Refundswill not be granted past the registration deadline.Excursions and Special Events are non-refundable,unless the participant spot is filled.Refund processing takes 2-3 weeks from therequest date.
