Pre-registration is required 2 weeks in advance<strong>of</strong> excursion date. Meals and souvenirs are <strong>the</strong> responsibility <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>individual participant. The <strong>Lompoc</strong> Recreation Division reserves <strong>the</strong>right to cancel an excursion due to insufficient registration, wea<strong>the</strong>rconditions, or unexpected circumstances. If you decide to cancel after<strong>the</strong> deadline date has passed, a refund cannot be issued unless ano<strong>the</strong>rcustomer fills <strong>the</strong> space. Waivers are needed for each excursionand have to be completed prior to boarding <strong>the</strong> vehicle. A letter will besent to all participants one week in advance with <strong>the</strong> final schedule <strong>of</strong><strong>the</strong> day including <strong>the</strong> departure time.
