38676pressure him into signing a capitulation. 4561 According to Rajčić, the repeated fireachieved the desired harassment and pressure effect, instilling a sense of insecurity inMartić. 4562 According to Rajčić, the following targets in Knin from the target lists werenot fired at with 130-millimetre cannons and 122-millimetre launchers: the church inKnin (KV-110), the Pañene (KV-650), Western (KV-450) and Kosovo (KV-150)warehouses, the Army barracks at the entrance (KV-210), and the Stara Straza area ofmilitary warehouses (KV-550). 4563 According to Rajčić, the HV could not have firedprojectiles at Knin without his knowledge. 45641245. On 4 August 1995, Gotovina was at the forward command post in Sajkovići atthe start of the day. 4565 On 4 August 1995, at 6 a.m., OG Šibenik reported that itsartillery had begun firing at 5 a.m. and was firing at the previously selected targets. 4566According to Rajčić, the HV conducted artillery fire during operation storm very earlyin the morning, around 5 a.m. or as shortly thereafter as possible, to minimize the risk ofcollateral damage to the civilian population. 45671246. With regard to the reported artillery fire of the TS-4 on 4 August 1995, the TrialChamber has received two regular reports of the TS-4, of 1 and 8 p.m. that day (P1267and P1268, respectively); the war diary of the TS-4 (P2533); 4568 and Rajčić’sreconstructions (P2366, P2340, and P1241). The Trial Chamber has carefully comparedthese sources and found a number of discrepancies between them, as set out below.1247.
