Witness 54 testified that the TVIK factory was known for producing screws<strong>al</strong>though there were rumours that it was producing shells but the witness did not knowfor sure. 4434 Witness 56 testified that the TVIK factory’s main products were bolts,screws, and other m<strong>et</strong><strong>al</strong> products and in 1990 explosive devices c<strong>al</strong>led “tvikovkas” had<strong>al</strong>legedly been produced there by TVIK employees. 4435 According to a contract dated 24June 1994 b<strong>et</strong>ween the RSK Ministry of Defence and the TVIK factory, the latter was todeliver mining/demining s<strong>et</strong>s and engineering demolition and sabotage s<strong>et</strong>s to theformer. 4436 A TV report from “SRT” Krajina dated 3 September 1994 recorded a visit tothe TVIK factory by then Commander of the SVK, Gener<strong>al</strong> Čelek<strong>et</strong>ić, who discussedthe factory’s military production programme. 4437 An RSK Ministry of Defencedocument signed by Colonel Šuput Milan and dated 10 July 1995 recorded that a part ofthe manufacturing of products required for the construction of l<strong>et</strong>h<strong>al</strong> devices to belaunched from a rock<strong>et</strong>-launcher had been <strong>al</strong>located to the TVIK factory. In thedocument, Šuput Milan noted that the production of certain products at TVIK was notme<strong>et</strong>ing deadlines; that materi<strong>al</strong>s were missing; and that there were problems withinertia in the organization and the r<strong>et</strong>urn of manpower.
