38727evidence further indicates that on 21 September 1995, persons in HV uniforms, drivingvehicles with HV registration plates, harassed civilian Serbs in Golubić. With regard toboth incidents, the persons’ conduct and the circumstances of their threateningbehaviour are described with insufficient specificity for the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber to assess theseriousness of the conduct’s effect on the victims. Under these circumstances, the Tri<strong>al</strong>Chamber will not further consider these two incidents in relation to Counts 1, 8, and 9of the Indictment.Slavica Borović1149. With regard to the <strong>al</strong>leged ill-treatment of Slavica Borović in Knin, the Tri<strong>al</strong>Chamber has received various documentary evidence. On 8 September 1995, SlavicaBorović reported to the Knin Crimin<strong>al</strong> police that, on 6 September 1995, around 6:30p.m., she was raped by two men in a house owned by Ljubiša Starčević at DinkaŠimunovića Stre<strong>et</strong> no. 2, in Knin.
