38796point. 3829 The witness testified that on 11 September 1995, she noticed that a lot ofhouses in the haml<strong>et</strong>s of Gornji Žagrović in Knin municip<strong>al</strong>ity had been torched andlooted and a lot of livestock killed. 3830 Addition<strong>al</strong>ly, the witness stated that in Jejine andðujići haml<strong>et</strong>s in Kovačić village, Knin municip<strong>al</strong>ity she found eight people remaining,with 19 people in Kovačić. The witness added that she found a further ten people inBradaši village in Knin municip<strong>al</strong>ity, though no one in Zelembabe and Dmitrović, <strong>al</strong>soin Knin municip<strong>al</strong>ity. 3831990. Kari Anttila, an UNMO in Sector South from 14 August 1995 until 27November 1995, 3832 and Tor Munkelien, an UNMO based in Knin from 14 August1995 to 1 December 1995, 3833 observed on 18 August 1995 approximately 40 lootedhouses in Bradaši, Žagrović, and Pañene, <strong>al</strong>l in Knin municip<strong>al</strong>ity. 3834 Anttilarecognized that the houses were looted from the fact that the doors were open, thewindows broken, and the rooms in gener<strong>al</strong> disarray. 3835991. On 23 August 1995, an HRAT visited the village of Bradaši, and observed oneHV soldier taking parts out of a car and others taking furniture out of homes. 3836 HRATreported that police in the area had stated that they were trying to stop the looting andarson, and that they had s<strong>et</strong> up road-blocks to catch those with looted goods. 3837992.
