For the aforementioned reasons, the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber will further consider theabove incidents in relation to Counts 1 and 4 of the Indictment in chapters 5.6.2 and5.8.2 (f) below, but not in relation to Count 5.Ljubač929. According to ECMM reports, on 6 September 1995 at 11:20 a.m., ECMM sawfour soldiers with a car with license plate SI 828-K s<strong>et</strong>ting a house on fire in Ljubač inKnin municip<strong>al</strong>ity. 3728930. This evidence indicates that at 11:20 a.m. on 6 September 1995, four personsreferred to as soldiers s<strong>et</strong> fire to a house in Ljubač in Knin municip<strong>al</strong>ity. Based on thedescription of the persons as soldiers, the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber is satisfied that they woremilitary-type uniforms. The evidence does not establish which armed forces, if any, thepersons belonged to. Nor has the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber received sufficient evidence aboutwhich armed forces, if any, were present in the vicinity of Ljubač at the time. The Tri<strong>al</strong>Chamber is therefore unable to draw any conclusions regarding the identity or affiliationof the <strong>al</strong>leged perp<strong>et</strong>rators. Under these circumstances, the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber will notfurther consider this incident in relation to Counts 1 and 5 of the Indictment.Plavno V<strong>al</strong>ley931. The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber has received evidence with regard to the <strong>al</strong>leged destructionand looting of the Plavno V<strong>al</strong>ley primarily through the testimonies of Kari Anttila, AlunRoberts, Eric Hendriks, Edward Flynn, Jovan Grubor, P<strong>et</strong>ro Romassev, Tor Munkelien,Søren Liborius, Witness 136, and Maria Teresa Mauro, as well as UNCIVPOL, ECMM,and HRAT reports. According to the 1991 Population Census, the population of Plavnoconsisted of 1,708 Serbs out of a tot<strong>al</strong> of 1,720 persons in 1991. 3729932.
