38840they entered one block of flats. 3528 All the doors to the apartments were broken andthere was chaos inside the apartments. 3529 Outside Boucher’s home the two men sawtwo civilian policemen in dark blue uniforms carrying a TV and a video. 3530 Theyobserved that Boucher’s house was compl<strong>et</strong>ely destroyed. 3531 A uniformed manclaiming to be the chief of the military police then told the two men that UN personnelwere not <strong>al</strong>lowed to be outside the UN headquarters and he drove them back there in acivilian car. 3532 When the witness was on duty at the main entrance of the UNheadquarters later on the same day, he observed soldiers taking cars which people hadused in order to g<strong>et</strong> to the UN headquarters to take shelter. 3533 He <strong>al</strong>so observed 50-100loads of goods, including furniture, TVs, and videos, being taken past the UNheadquarters in military vehicles, <strong>al</strong>ong the road to Drniš. 3534 These vehicles weremanned by soldiers. 3535880.
