38853Military Information Officer for UN Sector South who was based in Knin b<strong>et</strong>ween 21July and 5 September 1995, 3383 testified that at 12:05-12:10 p.m. armed members of the7th Guards Brigade (“Puma”) arrived in tanks at the front gate of the UN compound. 3384Berikoff explained that he identified them with the help of a book published by theCroatian Government which included <strong>al</strong>l the shoulder patches of the Croatian Army. 3385Further corroboration of the arriv<strong>al</strong> of HV forces in Knin was received fromBellerose, 3386 Boucher, 3387 Dangerfield, 3388 Dijkstra, 3389 Liborius, 3390 MarkerHansen, 3391 Marti, 3392 and Mauro. 3393861. On the basis of the evidence in the two preceding paragraphs, the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamberfinds that the 7th and the 4th Guards Brigades of the HV entered Knin b<strong>et</strong>weenapproximately 10 a.m. and noon on 5 August 1995.862. The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber now turns to examine the <strong>al</strong>leged destruction and plunder inKnin by the Croatian forces on 5 August 1995. Numerous internation<strong>al</strong> witnessesprovided relevant evidence, mostly with regard to plunder.
