38903was hiding, approximately 30 armed persons in military uniforms enter the houses in hisvillage. Later, L<strong>et</strong>unica saw groups of three to five such persons, unknown to him, enterthe village on a daily basis. The witness saw houses burning, <strong>al</strong>ways during the day,with seven houses burnt b<strong>et</strong>ween 7 and 27 August 1995. These houses belonged toDušan Borak, Milan Borak, Sava Borak, Simo Borak, Sv<strong>et</strong>o Borak, Miloš Žeželj, andRajko Žeželj. L<strong>et</strong>unica saw these persons in military uniform remove livestock anditems from houses, load them into “person<strong>al</strong>” cars and take them away. L<strong>et</strong>unica statedthat these persons never came to the village after 2 p.m., and as a result he would r<strong>et</strong>urnto his property for some time during the afternoons but he would not stay at the house atnight. Whilst he was hiding in the forest, <strong>al</strong>l of his livestock (80 sheep, one cow, onec<strong>al</strong>f, two pigs and poultry), two tractors, and a trailer disappeared. 3036 In earlySeptember 1995, the ICRC helped the witness g<strong>et</strong> to Serbia. L<strong>et</strong>unica r<strong>et</strong>urned to Gošićon 8 July 1997 where he found his house compl<strong>et</strong>ely empty. 3037745. On 11 August 1995, Captain Matko Kurtović reported to the Commander of theOG Šibenik that on 6 August 1995 the 113th Infantry Brigade liberated the villages ofðevrske, Dobropoljci and <strong>al</strong>l the villages in the vicinity, in the direction of ðevrske. 3038He further reported that on 7 August 1995, no combat operations were carried out, andthat on 8 August 1995, a reinforced batt<strong>al</strong>ion of the 113th Infantry Brigade wasdeployed in the region of Srb, Donji Lapac municip<strong>al</strong>ity. 3039746. In addition to the above evidence, the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber has considered P1128reviewed in chapter 4.2.8 (Biovičino Selo, Macure, and Kolašac) and P1200 reviewed inchapter, reviewed in chapter 4.2.8 (Parčić).747. On 6 August 1995, the 113th Infantry Brigade took control of the villagesb<strong>et</strong>ween ðevrske and Dobropoljci. Also on 6 August 1995, the 113th Infantry Brigadereceived an order to deploy its troops in the wider area of Biovičino Selo in Kistanjemunicip<strong>al</strong>ity, by no later than 4 a.m. on 7 August 1995. On 7 August 1995, the 1stInfantry Batt<strong>al</strong>ion was deployed in the area of Modrino Selo in Kistanje municip<strong>al</strong>ityand the 134th Home Guard Regiment was erecting check-points on the cross-roads nearParčić and Kolašac, in Kistanje municip<strong>al</strong>ity.
