Zoran Cvrk, who was commander of the Alpha Speci<strong>al</strong> Unit of the ZagrebPolice Administration from May 1993 to February 2000 and was commander of theSpeci<strong>al</strong> Police’s 4th auxiliary axis of operation during Operation Storm, 2889 testified thaton 5 August 1995, the Speci<strong>al</strong> Police entered Gračac while his unit was engaged in thedirection of Otrić, in Gračac municip<strong>al</strong>ity, and that he passed through Gračac onmultiple occasions on 5 August and thereafter, including to participate in the opening ofthe Gračac police station. 2890 In Gračac, the witness observed that the police station, theenemy command building, and a few cross-roads had been damaged by artillery fire;that sever<strong>al</strong> buildings were on fire; and that sever<strong>al</strong> family homes were riddled withbull<strong>et</strong>s.
