38954which armed forces, if any, were present in or in the vicinity of Mandić Dol at the time.The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber is therefore unable to draw any conclusions regarding the identity oraffiliation of the perp<strong>et</strong>rators. The evidence indicates that persons in military-typeuniforms were looting, which the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber understands to mean they tookunspecified items away. Further, the evidence does not establish wh<strong>et</strong>her the items thatwere taken were owned by Krajina Serbs. Under these circumstances, the Tri<strong>al</strong>Chamber will not further consider this incident in relation to Counts 1 and 4 of theIndictment.Srb631. The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber has received relevant evidence with regard to <strong>al</strong>legeddestruction and plunder in Donji Srb and Gornji Srb in Donji Lapac municip<strong>al</strong>ityprimarily through the testimonies of John Hill and Søren Liborius. According to the1991 Population Census, the population of Donji Srb consisted of 1059 Serbs out of atot<strong>al</strong> of 1098 persons and Gornji Srb consisted of 354 Serbs out of a tot<strong>al</strong> of 356 personsin 1991. 2736632.
