39017to Operation Storm. 2251 When Dawes, Dreyer, and the two British liaison officersarrived, they m<strong>et</strong> two old women who showed them the body of a Croatian man namedMilan Babic, lying face down and covered with a carp<strong>et</strong>. 2252 They turned the body overand saw a bull<strong>et</strong> hole to the heart area. 2253 One m<strong>et</strong>re from where the body was, they<strong>al</strong>so found a nine millim<strong>et</strong>re shell casing. 2254 The two old women told Dawes and theothers that a group of HV soldiers showed up and demanded two pigs from Babic; whenBabic refused, one of the soldiers killed him. 2255 The two women described theperp<strong>et</strong>rator as a man wearing an HV uniform with a lightning bolt on his shoulderbadge. 2256518.
