Thesoldiers then told the witness, Jovanka Mizdrak, and Juja Momić to g<strong>et</strong> out of the house.Whilst she stood outside the house, the witness heard the two soldiers telling JujaMomić to sit down and stand up sever<strong>al</strong> times on the concr<strong>et</strong>e path outside thehouse. 2049 One soldier then pointed his gun at the witness’s house and proceeded toshoot at and break <strong>al</strong>l the windows of the house. Rodić then witnessed the same soldiergrab one of them by the arm and tell the woman that they must go with him as theywere now under civilian protection. 2050 The witness stated that the second soldierpointed at Jovanka Mizdrak and said to the first soldier that she did not want to leave.The first soldier then told the second soldier to “kill her immediately” and Rodić sawthe second soldier lift his rifle and shoot Jovanka Mizdrak. The witness heard one shotand saw Jovanka f<strong>al</strong>l on top of some firewood. 2051 The two soldiers directed Juja Momićand the witness to the side of the convoy, where they watched the soldiers rejoin theconvoy, which then started moving again until it was out of sight. 2052468.
