According to the forensic documentation, on 23 August 1995, decomposing bodyKN01/306B, 1.60 m<strong>et</strong>res long and numbered 503, was r<strong>et</strong>rieved with blue/grey trousers,a red and white chequered shirt, and black leather sand<strong>al</strong>s near house no. 173 inŽagrović, Knin municip<strong>al</strong>ity, identified by Predrag Dondur from Žagrović as IlinkaDondur from Žagrović, born 6 July 1930, and buried at a Knin city cem<strong>et</strong>ery. 1831 BodyKN01/306B, exhumed on 15 June 2001 from a cem<strong>et</strong>ery in Knin, with a m<strong>et</strong><strong>al</strong> tagmarked “503” and clothing including grey trousers, a red and white chequered shirt, andsand<strong>al</strong>s or black shoes, was an approximately 1.47-1.63-m<strong>et</strong>re-t<strong>al</strong>l fem<strong>al</strong>e b<strong>et</strong>ween 45-100 years old, with a gunshot injury diagon<strong>al</strong>ly through the thorax from the back, whichwas found by the forensic pathologist to be the cause of death. 1832 According to a reportof the Zagreb Institute of Forensic Medicine, dated 5 June 2002 and based on d<strong>et</strong>ailsprovided by her nephew, Ika Dondur, a Serb born in 1930, died from a gunshot injury tothe torso in Žagrović, on 5 August 1995. 1833 On 5 June 2002, body KN01/306B wasidentified by classic<strong>al</strong> m<strong>et</strong>hod as Ika Dondur, born in 1930. 1834413. On 23 August 1995, an approximately 1.75-m<strong>et</strong>re-long decomposing bodynumbered 502, wearing a red and black shirt, a pair of olive-grey trousers, a white scarf,and white sneakers, was r<strong>et</strong>rieved near the house numbered 173 in Donduri haml<strong>et</strong>,Žagrović village, Knin municip<strong>al</strong>ity, identified by Predrag Dondur from Žagrović asVera Dondur from Žagrović, born on 12 September 1939, and was later buried in a citycem<strong>et</strong>ery in Knin. 1835414. The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber notes at the outs<strong>et</strong> that the <strong>Gotovina</strong> Defence <strong>al</strong>leges infootnote 1670 of its fin<strong>al</strong> brief that the 21 November 1995 HRAT report is not inevidence. The report is in evidence as exhibit P1109. It contains hearsay evidenceregarding the <strong>al</strong>leged murder of Ika and Vera Dondur and is unclearly sourced.Moreover, it is vague as to the exact circumstances of the <strong>al</strong>leged murder. The forensicevidence received indicates that a gunshot injury caused Ika Dondur’s death.
