39081told that the two men were killed by gunshots to the back of their heads. 1790 Witness 136noticed a track of blood leading from one side of the road to the other. 1791 AUNCIVPOL report of the incident, dated 16 August 1995, recorded that the two menappeared to be elderly and that they had most likely been killed in the middle of theroad. The report <strong>al</strong>so recorded that the bodies were found near a tractor trailer whichhad some blank<strong>et</strong>s, clothes, and a few household goods scattered near it. Fin<strong>al</strong>ly, thereport recorded that Miloš Mihić had been informed about the bodies on 16 August1995. 1792 An HRAT report, dated 17 August 1995, recorded that the two bodies hadbull<strong>et</strong> holes in their heads, and that sever<strong>al</strong> fingers on one of the body’s right hand hadbeen cut off. 1793 The witness testified that they made at least ten reports asking thepolice station in Knin to remove the bodies as they had been there for at least 20 days,though it took at least another ten days before the bodies were removed. 1794401. Witness 136 further testified that on the same day, she saw two bodies dressed incivilian clothes in Zelembabe haml<strong>et</strong>. They were identified as Jovo (which the Tri<strong>al</strong>Chamber notes is a shortform for Jovan) Dmitrović and Stevo Dmitrović. One of theindividu<strong>al</strong>s was about 50 years old, and the other was described by the witness as“younger”. The witness testified that one of these bodies was found outside a house, andhad a gunshot wound in the back of his head. At the exit of Zelembabe haml<strong>et</strong>, thewitness came across the other body which was, according to the witness, in such anadvanced state of decomposition that it was unclear to her what had caused hisdeath. 1795 Witness 136 added that she saw the graves of Jovo Dmitrović and StevoDmitrović in the Knin cem<strong>et</strong>ery on 30 August 1995. 1796402.
