39087100 m<strong>et</strong>res or more, he found Jovica’s dead body. 1729 According to the offici<strong>al</strong> notecompiled in June 2005, Nikola Plavša stated that he noticed that the body had been shotin the head and that the handcuffs were gone. 1730 On 27 November 2008, theProsecution accepted that the forensic documentation established that the victim waswearing a military uniform at the time of death, and was willing to stipulate that thevictim was a member of an armed group at that time. 1731 The witness ran homeimmediately. 1732 An hour later, he r<strong>et</strong>urned and covered the body with a blank<strong>et</strong>. 1733393.
