39090KN01/245B as Miloš Grubor born on 3 March 1915. 1707 According to reports of theZagreb Institute of Forensic Medicine, dated 26 April 2002 and based on d<strong>et</strong>ailsprovided mostly by relatives, the following persons died from gunshot injuries inGrubori, on 25 August 1995: Jovo Grubor, a Serb born 15 January 1930; Mika Grubor,a Yugoslav Serb born in 1941; ðuro Karanović, a Yugoslav Serb born on 6 May 1954;and Miloš Grubor, a Yugoslav Serb born in 1915. 1708 According to a similar report,Marija Grubor, a Yugoslav Serb born in 1905, died from multiple injuries in the samehaml<strong>et</strong> and on the same date. 1709389. Based on the evidence received, the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber finds that the Serbs MilošGrubor (aged 80), Jovo Grubor (aged 65), Marija Grubor (aged 89-90), Mika Grubor(aged 53-54), and ðuro Karanović (aged 41-44) died in Grubori haml<strong>et</strong> in Plavno, Kninmunicip<strong>al</strong>ity, on 25 August 1995. According to Milica Karanović and the forensicevidence, <strong>al</strong>l victims were in civilian clothes. The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber further finds that themajority of houses in the haml<strong>et</strong>, as well as some livestock, were destroyed on that day.All five victims were forensic<strong>al</strong>ly examined and were found to have died from gunshotinjuries. The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber considered in this respect that witnesses who observed thebodies on 25 and/or 26 August 1995, only described gunshot wounds for Miloš Grubor,Mika Grubor, and ðuro Karanović, whereas Marija Grubor was described as havingburnt and Jovo Grubor was described as having had his throat cut. The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber<strong>al</strong>so considered that Miloš Grubor was discovered in his pyjamas on his bedroom flooron the second floor of his house and appeared to have been shot from behind. The Tri<strong>al</strong>Chamber further considered that witnesses testified that both Jovo Grubor and ðuroKaranović had their faces mutilated. In relation to destruction in Grubori on 25 August1995, the Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber specific<strong>al</strong>ly considered Jovan Grubor’s evidence that he sawmany houses with closed doors burning. The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber <strong>al</strong>so considered evidenc<strong>et</strong>hat livestock in Grubori appeared shot or burnt.
