39095his right, after which he saw smoke rising. 1652 Žinić was told that there were “Ch<strong>et</strong>niks”fleeing into the woods, whereupon he went after them. 1653 The witness did not see any“Ch<strong>et</strong>niks” then, or at any point later during the day. 1654 Žinić testified that he turned tohis right, the direction the shooting came from, and then reached a meadow where hesaw smoke and another group, including Drljo, Ben<strong>et</strong>a, and Delimar, coming from thedirection of the smoke. 1655 Žinić testified that he later heard that Ben<strong>et</strong>a and Delimarwere responsible for the events in Grubori. 1656 Žinić <strong>al</strong>so testified that the groupsmerged for the first time at Orlovac peak after passing Grubori. 1657376.
