39108clear and uninterrupted view across the valley, even though there was light rain. 1500Jovan, a participant of the meeting, pointed out that this village across the valley was hisvillage, which was Grubori in Knin municipality. 1501 Some UN employees immediatelyset off for Grubori and on the way met two very upset elderly women at the foot of theroad leading to Grubori who were repeatedly crying “soldiers came” and “shooting”. 1502Later in the day the same women told the UN that these soldiers wore olive-greenuniform with a coloured ribbon on the shoulder. 1503 On 27 August 1995, five womenfrom Grubori told an HRAT team and the witness that on 25 August 1995 at about10:30 a.m., on their way to the school hall in Basinac, they encountered two groups ofsoldiers in green uniform. 1504 The groups consisted of 10-20 soldiers each. 1505According to the women, one group of soldiers was moving to Rusići village and theother one was moving up the gravel lane towards Grubori. 1506 According to the women,these soldiers were not Serb soldiers, adding that some had coloured ribbons on theirshoulders. 1507 Another woman observed about ten soldiers in green uniform on thegravel path leading down from Grubori at the same time. 1508361.
