Milica ðurić, a Serb from the haml<strong>et</strong> ðurići in Plavno village in Kninmunicip<strong>al</strong>ity, 1364 testified that on 4 August 1995, she heard and saw shelling of thePlavno area, including two or three grenades coming from Strmica and landing in thevicinity of Rusići haml<strong>et</strong> with a puff of smoke. 1365 On 5 August 1995, the witness heardthe noise of grenades landing on the other side of her haml<strong>et</strong> and, around 5 p.m., sawgrenades hit both the home across from her house, owned by Sava Bućić, and the one onthe other side of her house. 1366 The witness testified that there were about 45 householdsin ðurići haml<strong>et</strong>, but that people began leaving in the morning of 4 August 1995 andthat most people left in the night b<strong>et</strong>ween 4 and 5 August 1995. 1367 The witness testifiedthat she and others decided to stay because they did not believe anything bad wouldhappen. 1368 The witness further testified that she went to her son Mile ðurić, who washerding sheep on a mountain, on 4 and 5 August 1995, and told him that he should leavesince everyone else had left the village. 1369 Her son told the witness that he was notscared and did not plan on leaving. 1370 The witness testified that her son was not in theSerbian army. 1371337.
