39139wounded man why he was wearing an army uniform. 1234 The witness <strong>al</strong>so saw andheard Croatian soldiers ask another man in Serbian uniform why he was wearing theuniform. 1235 The Croatian soldiers ordered the witness and some others to move thewounded man to a nearby bus stop, and they did so. 1236 The Croatian soldiers gatheredthe ten to twelve people that had not managed to escape, and brought them to the busstop at gunpoint. 1237 The witness did not see his father. 1238 Three or four people werewounded, including Marica Dragičević and Pera Bilbija. 1239 The witness stated thatMirko Pećar was <strong>al</strong>so wounded, but had managed to escape. 1240 According to an offici<strong>al</strong>note of an SIS interview conducted on 10 August 1995, Dušan Dragičević had anautomatic rifle when he surrendered to the 7th Guards Brigade of the HV in the area ofKovačić. 1241319.
