The Tri<strong>al</strong> Chamber has received extensive evidence on the crimin<strong>al</strong> investigationinto the <strong>al</strong>leged murders that was conducted by Croatian authorities. This is evidencefrom (and tendered through) Witness 84, Ivica C<strong>et</strong>ina, Pero Perković, Ivan G<strong>al</strong>ović,Damir Šimić, Željko Žganjer, Mate Laušić, and Ive Kardum (<strong>al</strong>l reviewed in chapter6.2.5).286. On 29 August 1995, Ivica C<strong>et</strong>ina submitted a report to the “R<strong>et</strong>urn” OperationsStaff at the MUP, listing seven dead bodies found during hygiene and sanitationmeasures in Gošić haml<strong>et</strong> Donji Borci, namely: Dušan, Milka, Kosa, Vasilj, Sava,Grozda, and Marija Borak. 1072287.
