2005 Entries into Kerchner's DNAPrint Test Results Logrutledges.orgGuest: David A. Meeks IIDate-Time: Sunday, November 27, 2005 at 08:59:17 (CST)My Expected Results for IE,EA,NA,SSAF Population Groups: 97,0,3,0My Actual DNAPrint Results for IE,EA,NA,SSAF Population Groups: 93,4,0,3DNAPrint Test and/or Euro add-on Test Version Number: 2.5Date DNAPrint Test and/or Euro add-on Test Was Ordered: 3 November 2005Comments: I'm adding these results for my step-son David MeeksII. His father's results were94,6,0,0. The results are pretty much what we expected (considering of course that the 4% EAresults were probally due to NA genealogy),except we did not expect the 3% SSA. My husband didnot test positive for SSA, so we feel it's from his biological mother. We all plan to purchase theEuro 1.0 test in the future.Email address (To use delete '-Sunday-' and add @ sign in that position): bigalspal-Sunday-charter.netGuest: AMCDate-Time: Thursday, November 24, 2005 at 00:19:53 (CST)My Expected Results for IE,EA,NA,SSAF Population Groups: 45, 0, 10, 45My Actual DNAPrint Results for IE,EA,NA,SSAF Population Groups: 37, 0, 3, 60DNAPrint Test and/or Euro add-on Test Version Number: 2.5Date DNAPrint Test and/or Euro add-on Test Was Ordered: October 2005Comments: I was slightly surprised at the results. I assumed because of my family members'general phenotypes (eye color, hair texture, and pigmentation) as well as the origins of two of mygrandfathers and a great-grandfather that my siblings I would have more IE and/or NA. I readsomewhere about a margin of error in the test being 4-8%. I don't know how accurate that is or ifthat means anything for my results. Anyway, I was sort of pleased with the results but am stillunsure of their accuracy. I would like to begin researching more and piecing my family's puzzletogether. I think I am going to have another sibling take the test as well as my mother and seewhat happens. Then I can determine how flawed I think it is, I suppose.Email address (To use delete '-Thursday-' and add @ sign in that position): gigicalloway-Thursdayaol.comGuest: CWCDate-Time: Monday, November 21, 2005 at 23:07:56 (CST)My Expected Results for IE,EA,NA,SSAF Population Groups: 100, 0, 0, 0My Actual DNAPrint Results for IE,EA,NA,SSAF Population Groups: 83, 9, 3, 5DNAPrint Test and/or Euro add-on Test Version Number: 2.5Date DNAPrint Test and/or Euro add-on Test Was Ordered: September 2005Comments: These are my mother's results. We expected 100% European and were surprised tofind percentages in all four groups! (She was extremely surpised.) My results were 97% Europeanand 3% Native American, so I'm confused as to why my DNA doesn't show any of the East Asianfile:///D|/KERCHNER.COM/dnaprintlog2005.htm (3 of 21)3/8/2010 8:12:17 PM
