After only 16senior matches, Henry has quickly gained the respect of all playersand supporters for his pace, courage and hardness at the ball.Henry has been playing for Ormond since his first ever footballgame in the U9s, and supplemented this with two years in BrightonGrammar School’s 1 st XVIII team in 2009 & 2010. He has been andcontinues to be a great clubman who trains diligently and enjoysnothing more than a ‘brown and blue’ victory.A mid-fielder who uses his speed and accurate kicking to theadvantage of his team mates, this twenty year old will continue tobe a force for Ormond in the years ahead. Shakti has emphasised to playersthe importance of post-match, and post-training recovery - which hasreally minimised the number of recurrent injuries this season, and hasensured proper hydration and nutrition of all players.Shakti has been a highly respected and valued member of the SMDFCteam, and has built fantastic rapport with everyone at the club.The club congratulates her on the achievement of VAFA Trainer of theYear, and look forward to having her expertise at the club for years tocome.THE AMATEUR FOOTBALLER 201215
