Etløftekabel forbinder motoren med gribemodulet. Deelektriske signaler fra betjeningshåndtaget overførestil en styreenhed, som påvirker motoren, så den følgerhåndens bevægelser eksakt.Med det motordrevne traverssystem Quick-Line-Drive flyttes lasten automatisk ved at systemet følgeroperatørens sidelæns bevægelser.Quick-Lift armen er fremstillet af aluminium og erderfor let og stabil. Ophængningen i form af en leddeltarm – sikrer smidig sidelæns flytning med minimalrisiko for oversvingning.Gribemodulet kan være mekanisk, pneumatisk,elektrisk eller vakuumdrevet, afhængig af hvad derpasser bedst. Betjeningshåndtaget er bygget sammenmed gribemodulet og er derfor nemt tilgængeligt inærheden af lasten. Styringen er udformet og placeretunder hensyntagen til den mest fleksible betjeningog sikkerhed – fx forlænget betjeningshåndtagfor løftefunktionen eller dobbeltkommando forgribemodulet.Quick-Lift, KahlmanThe Quick-Lift is operated by an AC motor witha gravity brake, which is released in the event ofpower outage. A lifting cable connects the motor tothe catcher module. The electric signals from themanoeuvring handle are transferred to a control unit,which sends signals to the motor so that it follows themovements of the hand exactly.With the motor-operated travelling system, Quick-Line-Drive, the load is moved automatically as the systemfollows the sideways movements of the operator.The Quick-Lift Arm is made of aluminium and istherefore light and stable. The crane suspension allowsfor a responsive sideways movements, minimising therisk of over-swing.The catcher module can be powered mechanically,electrically or by vacuum depending on what is mostsuitable. The manoeuvring handle is integrated with thecatcher module and is therefore easily accessible closeto the load.
