OO 6T-29Effective Date: 02 July 2014Page 13 of 13Appendix 6EMLS Monthly ExerciseIn order to increase <strong>and</strong> maintain readiness for an emergency condition in which an emergency manual loadshedding routine (as per OO 6T-29) is required, a monthly simulation exercise of the <strong>Emergency</strong> <strong>Manual</strong> <strong>Load</strong><strong>Shedding</strong> is required.The simulation will include the selection of the appropriate circuit breakers for tripping <strong>and</strong> allowance for thetime required for the actual trip execution.The Transmission Coordinator shall lead the exercise.
