To find the license key ID,start the MetaXpress PowerCore server application, and thenclick Tools > Licensing.• A description of the problem including when it happened andwhat the system was doing when it happened.• Screen captures of any error messages displayed.• A description of any changes made to the system recently, suchas updates, patches, or configuration changes.• Your contact information.• Have the log file available from the MetaXpress PowerCoreserver.
