HADRONIC MATHEMATICS, MECHANICS AND CHEMISTRY 991At this point it is necessary to recall that experiments have their own standardof value: the more fundamental is a test, the bigger is the priority for itsconduction over manifestly lesser relevant tests. Hence, the systematic refusal oflaboratories in the U.S.A., England, France, Germany, Russia, Sweden, Norway,China, Japan, and other countries to conduct tests on the synthesis of the neutronseals the existence of serious problems of scientific ethics and accountabilityin the contemporary physics community that must be addressed by anybody witha minimum care for society.The reason for the impossibility of even ”considering” the laboratory synthesisof the neutron is that such a synthesis is impossible for Einsteinian doctrinesand quantum mechanics, as reviewed in the preceding sections. Hence, the mere”consideration” of the experiment would imply laboratory directors being thetarget of organized scientific crime on Einsteinian doctrines, resulting in academicand family disruptions similar to those suffered by the author for three decades(see Footnote 1 of this Volume II and the other footnotes).The first tests on the laboratory synthesis of the neutron was done in the1960s by a collaboration headed by Don Carlo Borghi, an Italian priest-physicistof the University of Milano, and it is today known as the Don Borghi experiment[116,117]. The experiment was so opposed, disrupted and jeopardized by theorganized scientific crime of the time in Italy that Don Borghi was forced to leaveItaly and conduct the test in Brazil.Following the release of the claim of having successfully achieved the laboratorysynthesis of the neutron, the attacks on Don Borghi’s experiments in Italy andelsewhere increased in time, thus showing their true character as the outcome oforganized scientific crime. In fact, all dismissals and dubbings have been basedon purely theoretical considerations without first repeating the test. Finally, saidcharacter is sealed by the fact that Don Borghi experiment is quite simple andinexpensive to repeat as shown in this section, thus voiding the objections of anycredibility other than the opposition to undesired human knowledge.Due to the failure by the world wide physics community to repeat Don Borghi’sexperiments for over thirty years, Santilli had no other choice that repeat the experimenthimself [118,119], as reported below in this section. In so doing, Santillibecame the victim of additional attacks, such as that of for promoting ”fringescience” (Wikipedia) and similar dubbings, again, without the prior repetitionand dismissal of the new measurements.It should be stressed that, in the event the above organized opposition was indeedconvinced that the neutron synthesis is impossible in laboratory, Don Borghiand Santilli should have been encouraged, rather than opposed, to conduct thetest since they would have been negative. In any case, it is set in history thatany experiment, even when negative, is beneficial to human knowledge. Hence,evidence accumulated over some thirty years identifies clearly and incontrovert-

Itappears that Don Borghi had indeed a fulfilling religious life, but his studies on the neutron wereopposed by the organized scientific crime in Italy of the 1960s to such an extent, he had to leaveItaly and conduct experiment [116,117] in Brazil. The theoretical papers by Don Borghi andhis associates on the neutron structure lack the advanced mathematical knowledge needed for aconsistent quantitative study of the problem. As such, these theoretical studies are inconclusiveand left for inspection to interested historians. However, no matter what its final interpretationwill be, Don Borghi’s test [116,117] deserves indeed the historical priority of being the firstexperiment on the laboratory synthesis of neutrons from protons and electrons.Any person with a minimum of dignity and care for human knowledge shouldadmit that a condition of the above type cannot continue indefinitely withoutinflicting severe damages to society.
