At least 21 <strong>satellite</strong>s in <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> 24 nominalplane/slot positi<strong>on</strong>s must be set healthy and transmitting a navigati<strong>on</strong> signal with 0.98 probability(yearly averaged).41. The United States Government’s commitments for maintaining PDOP (Table 1-2) andc<strong>on</strong>stellati<strong>on</strong> SPS SIS URE (see Secti<strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong> Service Reliability Standard) result in support for aservice availability standard as presented in Table 1-3.11
