(k) Coaching & Rehearsal Time - The EMPLOYER shall be entitled toschedule each Apprentice for two (2) uncompensated hours above the thirty six(36) hour weekly limit for the purpose of coachings in preparation for CentralCity Opera mainstage productions.(1) Coaching shall be defined as a session involving no more than two(2) performing ARTISTS and may include a Stage Director and/orConductor in addition to the music staff. Diction specialist may alsoattend coachings.(2) When choreography, movement, diction, staging, etc., is specific toa given main stage production, it shall not be considered coaching, but willbe credited to hours worked as rehearsal time.(3) Coachings shall not be permitted on Free Days, two performancedays or during ARTIST’s rest period.(l) Face On The Barroom Floor - Performances of this opera are an integralpart of the Employer’s apprenticeship program and participation in performancesof Barroom Floor is limited to Apprentices. For the term of this Agreement, eachApprentice participating or performing in the above, will be paid an “honorarium”of fifty dollars ($50) per performance.SECTION VI - PRODUCTION STAFF1.
