VEE-WIRE ®VEE-WIRE® FLAT PANELS:RIGID, STRONG AND DEPENDABLEFully welded JohnsonScreenexVee-Wire ® flat screens are used forde-watering, sizing and media recoveryand classification. Rigid flat panels areresistance welded at each wire andsupport rod juncture.These screens are typically used by thecoal and iron ore mining industry inmineral processing vibrating screens.Wire sizes vary from 0.5mm to 12.7mmin size. Wire size and slot size aredetermined by the application of thescreen. Our engineers are able to assistyou in your selections of both.JohnsonScreenex can provide anynumber of individually designed flatpanels to suit static screeningapplications.Our engineers will assess yourapplication and provide you with afunctional framed design that can beeasily mounted in your equipment.The slot tolerance for the Vee-Wire ®Screen is ± .025mm depending on thesize of the wire.CONICAL CENTRIFUGE BASKETSJohnsonScreenex Centrifugal ScreenBaskets are the strongest and mostrobust in the mineral processingindustry.Our baskets are built to exactingspecifications and quality standards.There are models to suit mostcentrifugal dryers.
